Woman's Gorget- 20 Gauge Steel

The Woman’s Gorget is two plates of 20 gauge steel. They are fitted around the neck and collarbone with a pair of adjustable buckles with leather straps. Two additional leather straps are riveted to the gorget and are intended to be used to allow pauldrons to be anchored onto the gorget. The interior of the gorget plates are blackened.
