WANM - Dagged Aventail for Helm - Alternating Mild Steel Wedge Riveted Flat Rings and Solid Flat Rings

This dagged aventail is constructed from wedge riveted flat rings which alternate with solid flat rings. The chainmail is stitched to a leather band. It is ready to be riveted into a helmet to upgrade it with the further protection of a mail aventail. The individual rings are 17 gauge in thickness and 9 mm in diameter.
