Built for stage and sport combat this Viking seax has a thick-edged blade of hand-forged and tempered high carbon steel which is durably mounted and peened for an overall robust construction. The guard and pommel are forged from steel and the hardwood grip is bound in tight leather cord. The sheath is made from thick quality leather and it is constructed with sturdy leather cord stitching and integrated belt loops to allow it to be worn on a belt.
