This Push-Dagger is forged from high carbon steel. The blade edges are unsharpened. Daggers such as these were popular in Europe and the USA of the 1800s and they would be a common weapon used both for assassinations, gang warfare, and urban self defense. Thery were easily hidden and when used could cause grievous puncture wounds. Push Daggers were popular with low town gangs and riverboat gamblers.
