Perrins Great Axe

This large Greataxe has a head of high carbon steel with a wide chopping blade and a pick-headed hammer end. It has been mounted onto a haft of stout hardwood which was reinforced with steel langets. A brass sphere with the talons of an bird of prey adorn the end of the haft.
