Ikeda Mitsuki Katana

Ikeda katanas are some of the finest on the market and our Mitsuki katana is no exception. Never mass produced, each katana sword is hand-forged in a China based Japanese studio. Every katana is carefully hand-crafted and each blade is forged using traditional techniques from 1055 high carbon steel and topped with a brass habaki.

The saya of this sword is finished in a black lacquer with a black cotton sageo giving our sword it's sleek design. Each tsuka features real wood wrapped with only the finest tsukaito materials such as cotton and silk.
