British 1853 Pattern Light Cavalry Sword

This replica of the British 1853 Cavalry saber has a blade of tempered high carbon steel. The guard is steel and the grip was completed with two grip scales of firm rubber directly riveted to the tang. Recreated makers marks from John Harvey of Birmingham and armory inspection proofs complete the sword. Included is a steel scabbard with steel hanging rings.
