1796 Pattern British Infantry Sword - with folding guard, silver grip and decorated blade

This replica of the British 1796 Infantry Officer’s sword has a blade of tempered high carbon steel which is etched with the sigils and symbology of the British Crown on both sides. The blade is securely mounted into a hilt of brass with a grip of silver-plated copper wire. Half of the guard is hinged and can be folded for easier wear against the hip. Included with the sword is a leather scabbard with embellished brass hardware.
