11th Century Viking Sword

This robust Viking Sword is built for stage and sport combat with its durable overall construction and a thick and blunt-edged blade of tempered high carbon steel. The blade tip is rounded for safety and the blade edges are thick throughout for both resilience and safety. The guard and pommel are made from steel and the grip is hardwood with an outer wrap of thick leather cord. The blade is peened into the hilt for a strong construction. Included is a wooden scabbard which is wrapped in tight-stitched high quality leather.
